Made to wait 10 min for service while the bloke ate a sandwich. I understand you need lunch but it was just rude to finish and sit for 5 min looking out the door.

My car was towed to this place, and was told by employees that the car would stay in location for us to remove and personal belongings or parts. However within 3 weeks the car had sent to scrap without our knowledge. And also with our belongings inside the vehicle. When talking to the owner he told me it was a miss understanding and wouldn't even look at me.Absolutely poor service and would never deal with again
Fantastic staff
A great 'country town' vibe with all the professionalism one would expect and which is certainly received from this Mitsubishi dealership. They gave me a thorough explanation of all work carried out at the services, they also fixed a few minor issues not included in the service free of charge (both number plate lights, a few broken screws from a minor hit in a car park, replaced rivets in front bumber). Excellent and highly recommended.
