Great local service, friendly staff.
Being a hourglass jewelers I expected they would do there watch work in shop but to my horror I bring my omega Seamaster watch to have a battery replacement and I take a seat to wait and they tell me to go have a coffee and come back in 20, whih I do, the lady then goes around the corner and comes back with the watch and tells me it's a complete wreck and part's are no longer available! Which as a watch collector I know is a lie, the I look at the face and it's crooked! So I asked who does it and are they a qualified watchmaker? Which I was told no to there qualifications and would not give me a name! The staff is nice tho they have just BROKE my watch through using a unqualified person!! Make sure you ask if they no what they are doing? Because they don't
