This real estate is so pathetic after 2 years being a tenant they refused to do any maintenance we complained several times until the point they kicked us out.. on the final inspection the expected us to repaint the house and fix the items we had been complaining about for 2 years.. they do not care about there tenant's.. its all about the money with PRD casino.... Just be careful everyone

Be nice if Mark (the principal....) returned your call inside of 3 days if at all. They charge a commission for selling a property but the buyer has to do all the work at their own expense and time. These fat cats sit on their behinds and lick their paws banking your commission cheques. They truely only do represent the seller to the full extent and charge you for the privilege. Go direct to council and contact the vendor direct - totally legal btw. That's my tip to cheaper buying.
