Just ok, The place was filthy, bins overflowing, dirty floor staff just talking not caring. Ran out of napkins - seriously !

First review: Cold stale chipsUpdate Jan 2019:Since my first review of 1 star I have been back and received the toughest piece of chicken that I have ever seen.After filling out a complaint form, the manager contacted me by email practically accusing me of trying to scam him for free chicken.This is by far the worst run KFC I have ever had the misfortune of going to. If at all possible I would suggest going to the Lismore store.I only wish I could give minus stars as one is far too generous

Gotten order wrong countless times, forgets to give serviettes and spoons etc. Staff need more training, they can be very rude at times. They always seem to run out of food and use excuses, excuses.....Apart from that food is great. Love getting lunch there...
