I just wonder why evertime I order sth. for take away, there is something missing. Last time is gravy this time is the chips. Whats wrong with the staff?

I am complaining on behalf of a customer. Today I witnessed a veryrude exchange between a staff member called Julia towards a customer.This is totally unacceptable and as a bystander I am absolutelyappalled. Apparently the customer forgot her ID, and the person calledJulia wouldnt give her the order. Also, she was unhelpful and ignoredthe customer when asked for a refund. I witnessed the staffthreatening to call security because of the customers attitude.However, If I was in the same position, I would be frustrated too. Thestaff were evidently not being helpful and deliberately beingprovocative. This experience does not make me want to come to this KFCagain if Julia is working there. She is not a good role model for theother staff. I do understand that customers can sometimes push yourbuttons. However, that certainly does not give you an excuse to bullyhelpless customers and use your authority inappropriately.
The last few times I been here the service and food has improved dramatically, most importantly, the food has been really super hot and fresh (chicken and chips) which is good to see because lets face it, this stuff is not cheap and I like it super hot and super fresh!!! KFC Westgate is still the best for really hot and fresh especially at the drive through, but you guys at the Casino are trying, that's quite apparent because its reflecting in the freshness of the food. And for me to be giving what I considered to be an 'average store' a good wrap suddenly, that's saying something because I'm very very very critical about KFC when it comes to hot and fresh! There's hot and fresh and then there's really nice hot and fresh and there's my top grading - Super duper hot and fresh which is the real mouth watering stuff virtually straight out of the oven!!! That's what I like with steaming hot fresh chips!! I'm tipping that there has been a change in management personnel at this store in recent times, I might be wrong, but I've definitely noticed a change in the food and the service which is great to see and its the way each store should be.
